Our craftsmen have years of experience and are committed to producing a product with consistently high quality. Materials used are the best available.
With our CNC routers we have the capacity to produce component parts of almost any shape and size, along with the ability to edge band them as well.
The computer controlled, point to point boring machine, drills, slots and routs custom layouts. The use of edge banders applies the banding from .5mm up to 12mm in thickness. The beam saw is a computer controlled machine capable of the highest accuracy.
Included with each package are detailed drawings with codes and dimensions. Finished components are stacked and strapped on pallets ready for shipping.
