Can I get custom sizes?
Of course! We will make standard size parts or parts made to your exacting specifications. There could be a slight additional cost for any modifications to our normal production process. These will be noted on your quote prior to you incurring any obligation.
How are your cabinets constructed?
We use a pre-glued dowel construction or Confirmat screw, your choice, with solid tops and decks and fully captured backs and drawer bottoms. Drawers are constructed in the same manner using standard dowels. Nailers and stretchers are also provided as shown in our catalog.
What about doors and drawer fronts?
We will manufacture slab door and drawer fronts for you using stock or custom material and a variety of edge banding including up to 3mm (1/8") with or without full rounded corners. If you need more elaborate doors and drawer fronts we can recommended several excellent manufacturers that can provide these parts for you.
Does my order come fully assembled?
We will be happy to assemble cases for our local customers who wish to pick up their orders. We can store your order for up to five days after it has been assembled. We will work closely with you to ensure you are ready to receive your order prior to assembling it. An assembly price sheet is available please call or email.
How do I get drawers for my cabinets?
Drawers come standard with various types of our cabinets, are made of the same material type as the cabinet material and are included in the price. Of course we can make drawers out of any material and add/subtract drawers to/from an order with the appropriate pricing adjustments that will be included in the quote.
When and how do I pay for my order?
No payment is required until you direct us to begin production. There is no cost for quotes only. Once production is authorized we normally require a deposit of one half of the price of the job. This can be taken care of by check or Visa/MasterCard. The balance is due prior to shipping or picking up your order.
